One Crown Place is situated on the edge of the City of London and will consist of two residential tower blocks above an office podium building.

Mixed use development with a hotel, offices and residential towers. The façade is unitised curtain walling with integrated terracotta panels. The site is currently being prepared for construction with a scheduled start date of March 2017 and completion by 2020.
