2 Finsbury Avenue is a new office building comprising a 12-storey podium, 21-storey West tower, and a 36-storey East tower. BDA is providing façade consultancy services as part of the Client Monitoring Team, supporting the project from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.

The façade package is being delivered by Focchi and features a high-performance envelope incorporating unitised curtain walling to the upper floors, stick curtain walling at ground floor level, and a skylight supported on a timber structure at the terrace level. The project is targeting net-zero carbon in both construction and operation, alongside BREEAM Outstanding certification.
