The building is 11 stories high including a 22 story residential tower. At the upper levels, it offers 58 apartments and duplexes, 540,000 sq. ft. Grade A office space and a gym. At ground floor, the building provides 17,000 sq. ft. of retail space.

BDA was involved from the early design stages through to facade installation on site. The facade is a bespoke unitised curtain walling SSG system with high-performance architectural glass and custom design terracotta fins in a selection of colors. At ground floor, the facade design is a double-height stick curtain wall with reinforced steel mullions. The facade was designed, manufactured and installed by Gunn Lennon Fabrications Ltd.
