1 Broadgate provides 50,000 square feet of retail space arranged around a new retail arcade over two levels, and 500,000 square feet of new office space.  BDA provided façade consultancy services as part of the Client Monitoring Team, supporting the project from RIBA Stage 4 through to completion.

The façade was delivered by Focchi and features a high-performance envelope including unitised curtain walling to the upper floors, stick curtain walling with glass balustrades and timber soffit at ground floor.
