Malthouse is an office building overlooking unique waterfront setting. BDA provided façade consultancy services from early design stage to completion.
The façade at the upper floors consist of a new unitised curtain walling with high-performance double glazing curved at the corners. New windows have been placed on the existing façade at the lower levels.
The project targets Target LEED Platinum, BER A3 Rating & WELL Enabled
