Main description of project

Our team collaborated closely with the project stakeholders to deliver innovative façade solutions across a complex building envelope, incorporating a high-performance unitised structural silicone glazed (SSG) curtain walling system to the tower levels and a bespoke ground-floor façade featuring stick curtain walling, terracotta rainscreen cladding and automated opening elements.

The project presented significant technical challenges, including the design and integration of inclined unitised façade panels at the upper levels, featuring trapezoidal glazing that slopes both inward and outward. Through our specialist expertise, BDA helped ensure the façade achieved the highest standards of performance, buildability and architectural quality
