The Chicago Spire is intended to be the tallest all residential building in the world. It will be the tallest building in Europe and the USA at 609m (2000 feet).
Billings Design Associates were appointed by Shelbourne Development as the facade consultants for the project.
Design of the facade was completed in 2008 and construction has started for the primary structure.
